My name is Christine Penn, and I am the head nurse at Lawrie Vets. I have worked with the company for 24 years and have loved every day of it.  The team I work with are highly skilled, caring professionals.

I am married to Scott, we have three children, many animals large and small and we have recently opened our own boarding kennels to help keep us on our toes.

I started working at Lawrie Vets during the Easter holidays whilst still at school and quickly fell in love with the job.

I started working full time with the practice in 1998 and have always thouroughly  enjoyed the variety of animals we have coming to see us.

I have worked at Lawrie Vets since 2008. I originally started at Cumbernauld but moved to Falkirk about 3 years ago, where I currently work full time, I enjoy the variety each day brings. I have a mixture of pets at home.

I joined Lawrie Vets in 1997 as a kennel assistant, from where I went onto study to become a veterinary nurse. I have furthered my studies by completing a City & Guilds in Veterinary Nursing of Exotic Species.

Lawrie Vets provides a varied and interesting work environment, and I am still happy to be part of such a wonderful team after 18 years.

Practice Manager

I started working part-time with Lawrie Vets in January 2008 and I now work full-time in the office where my day is varied.  I deal with the daily running of both practices and oversee the day to day administration such as invoicing/purchasing/banking/payroll/client queries/insurance forms and much more. I am married with one daughter and we have a little Yorkshire terrier called Fudge.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

I joined Lawrie Vets in 2014 whilst in my final year of training which I can happily say I passed.  Prior to starting my nursing course I have worked and volunteered with a wide variety of animals both in the UK and abroad,  including spending 13 months in South Africa working with meerkats.

I have a keen interest in exotic pets and wildlife and hope to be able to complete an exotic nursing diploma in the future.

I enjoy horse riding and swimming and I have fifteen and half year old Hungarian Vizla called Tara who still thinks she is a puppy.

My name is Anne and I work part time, mainly in the evenings. I enjoy the variety of animals we see here and also chatting to the clients about them. I have a red and white staffie called Charlie and also a goldfish called Mr Fish, both of them 9 years old.
