Ellie Risk

Ellie started working for Lawrie Vets in August 2023, having previously worked in Human Resources and recruitment. Whilst enjoying working with people, Ellie loves working with animals, having worked for her mum's dog walking business during summers between university and volunteering at dog grooming salons.

Ellie enjoys experiencing all different types of animals that come into the practices, from the adorable puppy cuddles to seeing all the exotic pets. Lawrie's is such a brilliant environment to experience working with animals, chatting away to all the owners, and working with such a fantastic team who make every day enjoyable!

Ellie is married to Fraser who is a nightshift truck driver, and have a one-year-old red/orange Carolina Corn Snake called Hydra (yes, we love Marvel!)
